Screens - A silk mesh is stretched over a frame, coated with photo
emulsion and stored in a darkroom until completely dry |

Screen Exposure - Your film is then used to "burn" your
image into the coated screen using an exposure unit. After burning
the screen it is washed out in a booth and the image becomes exposed
creating a stencil. |

Registration - Each screen is now ready to be "registered"
into position and locked into place on our automatic 12 color
press. |

Inks - Our ink department matches your custom color, then it is
applied to the corresponding screens and ready for printing. |

Printing - Your garment is then positioned on each pallet and
is printed in sequence, one screen for each color. |

Drying - At the end of the print cycle the garment is then placed
on a conveyor belt dryer, this process "cures" the ink
into the garment and is the final production process. |

Inspection - Your finished goods are then inspected for any pinholes
or inkstains and spot cleaned if necessary. |
